Convertlab builds high-performance ecommerce platforms focused on conversion and growth. We engineer custom storefronts, help optimize conversions, and integrate flexible backend solutions. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope will be agreed upon in project proposals or Statements of Work ("SOW").

2. Fees and Payment

Service fees and payment schedules are outlined in the project proposal or SOW. Invoices are typically due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest. Fees are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing or required by law. Applicable taxes are additional.

3. Third-Party Content

Some images or graphics on this Site may be from third parties, used under license. Please do not reuse content from this Site without permission from us or the original creator.

4. Client Collaboration

Successful projects require teamwork. We appreciate your timely provision of necessary information, materials, feedback, and approvals. Please ensure you have the rights to materials you provide and use our Services lawfully.

5. Scope of Liability

Our focus is on delivering the agreed-upon Services with professional skill and care, as outlined in our Statement of Work (SOW). While we aim for our work to contribute positively, overall business success depends on many factors. Therefore, our liability is limited to the direct scope of the Services we provide. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may relate to broader business performance or factors outside our direct control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services provided under a specific SOW will not exceed the fees paid by you for those specific Services under that SOW.

6. Intellectual Property

Site content belongs to Convertlab or its licensors. Unless stated otherwise in an SOW, upon full payment, you (the Client) own the rights to the final custom deliverables created for you. Convertlab retains rights to use general know-how and non-client-specific techniques. Third-party content rights remain with creators.

7. Concluding Services

Ending the Services relationship will follow the process in the SOW. We may limit access or services if these Terms are violated. Payment is due for all work performed up to the conclusion date.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The governing law for these Terms and any SOW will be defined within the SOW, allowing flexibility for different jurisdictions. If not specified, internationally recognized commercial principles will guide interpretation where applicable.

We aim to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation first. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes will be settled by final and binding arbitration administered by the **International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR)** under its **International Arbitration Rules**. The arbitration will be in English, by a single arbitrator, potentially held virtually.
